To register and maintain an Account on 288wim, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Each User may hold only one Account. All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through 288wim's secure HTTPS verification portal. Documents must not be altered, cropped, digitally modified or obscured in any way prior to submission. Submission of falsified or manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 288wim will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your Account.
All deposits must be made from payment methods that you personally own and are legally authorised to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained or third-party payment instruments, is strictly prohibited. Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where PKR is the selected account currency.
Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be relevant to your deposit method selection. These institutions are referenced as familiar payment rails only. They do not endorse, support or have any affiliation with 288wim or any gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder. Before any withdrawal is approved, full KYC verification must be completed to the satisfaction of 288wim's compliance team. Processing times vary by method, verification status and applicable compliance reviews.
288wim reserves the right to conduct additional security reviews on any withdrawal request. Where a review is triggered, the processing timeline will be extended accordingly. We will notify you via your registered contact details of any delay and its reason where disclosure is permissible.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. 288wim reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the operator's current schedule. You will be notified at your registered email address before any fee is applied. Remaining balances above applicable minimums will remain withdrawable upon reactivation subject to identity re-verification.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. 288wim reserves the right to void or settle bets differently where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a sporting event has been cancelled, postponed or shortened, or where the circumstances of settlement are materially unclear. In such cases, 288wim's decision is final and binding.
Sports markets on 288wim cover events including but not limited to Pakistan cricket (including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), international football, UFC/MMA events, tennis and esports. Market availability, in-play functionality and settlement times are subject to change. Users should review applicable sport-specific rules available in the Platform's betting rules section.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), table games and live game-show formats — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game. Illustrated RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of individual outcomes. Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, applicable game contribution rates, maximum permitted bet sizes during an active bonus and bonus expiry periods are all specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Users are strongly advised to read these terms in full before accepting any bonus.
Any conduct that 288wim determines, at its reasonable discretion, constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete wagering without genuine risk, taking advantage of manifest pricing errors, or participating in coordinated play — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings. Repeat abuse may result in permanent Account termination.
288wim reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after it has been claimed by a User, any wagering already completed in good faith will be taken into account in determining the User's fair position.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 288wim Platform:
All content on the 288wim Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface design, software code and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 288wim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, modified or exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of 288wim.
288wim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288wim, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any:

Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file at least 14 days before they take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 288wim's support team. Before closure, you may withdraw any remaining eligible balance subject to completion of applicable KYC and compliance checks. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
288wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: the User has breached these Terms; fraud, money laundering or other financial crime is suspected; continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or legal risk; or the Account has been inactive for an extended period as described in Section 5.3.
Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, 288wim reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, eligible funds will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause prevents 288wim from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in response to a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
